TOZZ is operated by JJX Consulting Corp ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use TOZZ at tozzit.com and in our mobile app (together, the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Account information. Your email address, a password (stored by our authentication provider, never in plain text), the username and full name you choose, and your profile photo if you sign in with Google.
Google sign-in. If you choose "Continue with Google", we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We do not access your Gmail, Drive, contacts, calendar or any other Google data.
Content you save. The links and text you share with TOZZ, and the information we retrieve from those pages and posts: title, description, images and page text.
Content we generate for you. Titles, summaries, extracted details (such as places or products), and the messages you exchange with the AI assistant.
Your organization and preferences. Collections you create, items you star, pin, archive or mark as read, when you open an item, and the writing style you choose.
Technical information. Basic logs such as IP address, browser or device type and error reports, kept by our hosting providers to run and secure the Service.
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising. We do not use your content to train our own AI models.
We use the information we receive from Google only to authenticate you and set up your account. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or transfer it except as needed to provide the Service. TOZZ's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Beyond the providers above, we share information only when required by law, to protect the rights and safety of users or the Service, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case we will tell you. Your saved items are private to your account unless you choose to share them.
We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account in the app, or ask us to delete your account and associated data by emailing dhvidal1983@gmail.com. We will delete or anonymize it within 30 days, except where we must keep some information to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.
You can view and edit your profile in the app. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to certain uses. To exercise these rights, email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
TOZZ is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We operate from the United States, and your information may be processed there and in other countries where our providers operate.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with an updated effective date and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by email.
