These terms govern your use of TOZZ, provided by JJX Consulting Corp ("we", "us") at tozzit.com and in our mobile app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
TOZZ lets you save links you find online, and organizes them with the help of AI so you can find them again. We may add, change or remove features at any time, and parts of the Service may be offered as a beta.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You keep ownership of the links and text you save. You give us a limited license to store, retrieve, process and display that content as needed to operate the Service for you, including sending it to the providers described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for what you save and must have the right to save it.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The pages you save belong to their owners and may change or disappear. Summaries, answers and other AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Always check the original source before relying on it for important decisions.
We work to keep the Service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Back up anything you cannot afford to lose.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if we need to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JJX Consulting Corp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with an updated effective date and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
